We accompany Greencells in several sub-projects that deal with people, team development, communication and leadership. Due to the international composition of the different teams, we usually moderate these workshops in English. In this case we worked with the international Procurement team. With great people from Germany, Romania and China. The team development workshop took place over two days in the gymlodge in Saarland and was a big milestone for this team.
